Positive Aspects: • Comfortable Beds: The beds were a highlight of your stay, providing a good level of comfort. • Room Size: The rooms were spacious, which is always appreciated. • Friendly Staff: The staff were approachable and pleasant in demeanor. Negative Aspects: • Towel Issue: A significant drawback was the towels, which had a strong smell of curry. It seems they were either stored near food or cleaning supplies with a strong odor, which detracted from the experience. • Housekeeping Concerns: Despite requesting a room cleaning and towel replacement, the cleaning was incomplete, and the new towels also smelled unpleasant. • Internet Issues: The Wi-Fi did not work at all, and external signal coverage was poor, which made staying connected a challenge. • Inconvenient Layout: The hotel’s elongated layout made navigation cumbersome, particularly when your room was at the far end. A few more access points or doors might improve convenience. Suggestions for Improvement: 1. Address the issue of towel storage to prevent unpleasant odors. 2. Ensure housekeeping fulfills guest requests, including thorough cleaning and replacing essentials like cups. 3. Improve Wi-Fi connectivity and consider installing signal boosters. 4. Rethink the hotel’s layout or introduce shortcuts to reduce walking distances.

We stayed here for Xmas party, very clean and friendly staff. There is a Morrisons walking distance and some shops five minutes away!

Please in the name of all that is holy, replace those tiny squares of paper with actual toilet roll.

The staff and cleanliness of the rooms were good, but the whole place is run down, tired and grubby. All the cleaning in the world won't make this place look good. Paint peeling, worn away on woodwork, grubby walls, the light pull cord in disabled toilets is black with use, not white as it should be. I literally felt dirty using it. You have to walk across the car park to get to the pub, which is typical chain pub style, and also very dated, tired and grubby. I would not recommend here for the price (it's not even worth the budget price). This hotel is the Pontins of chain hotels, I mean, I'm poor, but even this place made me feel a higher class. I can't really recommend it. Location only good if you need the motorway

This is a good Premier Inn. It has great staff, clean comfy rooms, and a reasonable sized carpark. However, the carpark fills up "completely" each evening, so if you arrive back late after a night out then parking could be a major problem. Even the disabled spaces fill up rapidly. An onsite Brewers Fayre is used for breakfasts and meals. The Brewers Fayre also has great staff and good quality meals. It's also quite spacious. One thing I would like to see added in rooms is a heated towel rail, as bath towels do not dry on the small cold rails currently used. Towels are not changed each day unless requested, neither are the rooms cleaned. The hotel is in a good location. Directly opposite is a large Morrisons supermarket and petrol station. Also nearby is a small Burger King and Greggs. If visiting the area I totally recommend this hotel. Its reception area is also visited by a local black cat which was GREAT to see, it gave the hotel a nice homely feel 😀

Firstly the girl on the desk was lovely, very polite. The drive way off the roundabout could do with better signage, so people can actually see, would help if it lit up. The room needs a good refurb, looking very tired. Poor job of covering holes in the wall, the panels/skirting in the bathroom falling apart the same with the hair dryer shelf. And the bathroom fan is very loud sounds like the bearings are shot, so I had to switch it off at the fuse switch. The bed was very uncomfortable & worst nights sleep we've ever had at a premier inn. Also didn't help someone knocking on the room door through the night either. The breakfast in Brewers fair was all good

Reception staff (Fri 15 Nov) went out of their way to offer and provide assistance to me and my partner (wheelchair user) to get to our room with additional luggage / equipment.

Friendly welcome, my Premier Plus room was on the first floor at the back of the hotel, it was quiet, clean, spacious, comfortable and had air conditioning (not sure if all rooms do). I slept well, the bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. Good quality coffee machine in the room and a fridge which was handy The Meal Deal includes breakfast and evening meal at the Brewer's Faye restaurant/pub next door. Again, staff were lovely, the food was not the best but adequate. The restaurant feels tired and in need of a thorough refurb and refresh. Hotel WiFi was fast, I was able to work in my room when I needed to without any issues

These guys are LEGENDS. Booked the wrong dates but called up as soon as it happened, and Cory took the call at 23:10 and helped me change them. I accidentally booked today instead of a month's time 🤣 super helpful and just made that super smooth. I've been before, and I've not got a negative thing to say. Thanks again, Cory you legend 💪🏼

Nice clean hotel. Reception seems a little unorganised and the Beefeater across the way seems to be staffed by the same people. But apart from that good.

The room bathroom toilets was dirty when we checked in. That was the bad impression at the beginning. We went to their restaurant for dinner and we were waiting for food after order. My 3 years boy was little sick with fever , that’s why he vomited on a bowl .because he is a little child who can not go toilet so fast . It happened so sudden. So the waitress told us they cannot serve food because of vomit on a bowl. I understand it’s their health and safety rule. But they didn’t show any good gestures by asking if he is okay or do we need any help for this boy. They packed our food takeaway. But they didn’t give our all the food we ordered. So we had to go back again for rest of our food. Very bad service and manners. I used to love to stay in Premier inn. But after that I will never stay in premier inn. I felt so insulted when they told us they will not serve us because a little toddler was sick. Very bad.

Staff on reception were friendly and helpful. The room had what we needed as a base stay for a short holiday. It was quiet and was very close to a supermarket, pub/restaurant, Burger King, Greggs, M&S petrol station. Good location for travelling to places to visit.
